Chef Sothea Seng’s lifelong love affair with food resulted in his first “baby” – Mahob Khmer, a restaurant infused with the rich flavours of authentic Khmer cuisine. This young and dynamic chef has distilled the 10 years he has under his belt in the F&B industry, both locally and overseas, to develop his own unique cooking style.
Boasting original and inventive creations, the menu at Mahob Khmer weaves local produce like palm sugar, fish sauce, coconut and lemongrass into delicate creations garnished with edible flowers and blossoms. Diners get to savour Chef Sothea’s handiwork in a beautiful house that was once the governor’s residence.
