The new outlet from the home-grown restaurant chain, New Ubin Group, serves up a variety of signature appetisers and wok-kissed classics, which will surely tantalise tastebuds.

The 150-seat restaurant can be found within the four-star Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park. Top picks on the menu include the Foie Gras Egg Special, which is a decadent spin on the traditional Singaporean breakfast of soft-boiled eggs, with chunks of foie gras and sprinkling of truffle salt. Also not to be overlooked is the Boss Bee Hoon, a three-ingredient family recipe that truly brings out the flavours and aroma of stir-frying.
