Singapore Biennale 2025
The City as a Canvas
Singapore | Now – 29 Mar 2026

To celebrate the island nation’s 60th birthday, Singapore Biennale 2025 transforms the city into an open-air gallery under the theme “Pure Intention”. More than 100 works by over 80 artists are spread across several venues, from the Singapore Art Museum at Tanjong Pagar Distripark, Civic District and Wessex Estate to Tanglin Halt, Orchard Road, and the Rail Corridor.

Highlights include immersive installations by international names such as Thailand’s Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Singapore’s Guo-Liang Tan and Emily Floyd from Australia. The Biennale invites visitors to bridge art and everyday life, reflecting on how stories, communities, and urban spaces continue to shape Singapore’s past, present, and imagined future.
