Renowned Chef Bjorn Shen is baking a sushi revolution in a restaurant within a restaurant. Jellyfish Sushi, a 10-seater that sits inside Artichoke, offers an evolving 12-course omakase-style menu that showcases the chef’s innovative bread sushi – or fresh seafood served on various styles of bread (deep-fried, charred, or infused with Italian vinegar). A surprise awaits in every bite – think sea urchin paired with scrambled eggs and parmesan on charred bread.
With only 10 seats available per session, reservations are essential.
