Overlooking the sea just south of Kamala Beach on Phuket’s idyllic west coast, Casa Boho wraps guests in Latin luxury. The uber-stylish eatery and cocktail bar offers a swirling blend of Latin-American flavours and an airy tropical style, set against a Thai tapestry.

Its Colombian chef has crafted a masterpiece of a menu starring blackended salmon with papaya mojo, guacamole and tacos de birria with succulent angus beef braised for three days, and Oaxacan cheese from Mexico.

Casa Boho is not an eat-and-run type of place, as evidenced in the intriguing cocktail menu. While you will find classic favourites like pisco sours and white sangria, this is the place to be daring and branch out with a chicano de pisco made with saffron-infused pisco, lime, ginger beer, and chocolate bitters, or a maid in Cuba created with light rum, cucumber, mint, lime, sugar, soda, and absinthe.
