Inspired by old family recipes passed down from generation to generation, Chef Kethana set out to recreate true Cambodian flavours at her new restaurant. The Sugar Palm is now considered a rare oasis of authentic Khmer food. Phnom Penh and Siem Reap have two outlets each, serving up dishes of traditional comfort food that have been drooled over by celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Luke Nguyen.
