InClay Studio Chiang Mai
From Mud to Meaning
Chiang Mai

All stories have to start somewhere, and this one begins with clay – drawn from the ground beneath our feet.

InClay Studio is shaped by ceramic artist Jirawong Wongrangan’s love for nature and its most tactile element. Clay at his pottery begins as raw mud, before being transformed into ceramic pieces – plates, bowls, cups, sculptures and more – that boast both beauty and everyday utility.

Even better, InClay offers workshops that guide visitors to create their own ceramic masterpieces. “This is a process of learning that never ends,” says Jirawong, sharing his belief that each ceramic is a dialogue between maker, material and user.
