Korean Cuisine Evolves
Singapore

Michelin-starred chef Corey Lee and South Korean automaker Hyundai have teamed up for a delicious new take on Korean cuisine with Na Oh, a new casual restaurant at Hyundai’s global innovation hub HMGICS.

This collaboration merges forward-thinking food with innovation and sources fresh produce from its two-storey vertical smart farm within the facility.

Guided by the culinary vision of the San Francisco-based chef, Na Oh explores traditional Korean food through a modern lens. The restaurant also marks Lee’s first project in Southeast Asia.

With the 3-starred chef at the helm, Na Oh serves up exquisite hansik cuisine as well as a 4-course prix fixe menu and Jinjitsang – a traditional Korean meal served with various side dishes.
