Exuberant Chef Dtone’s extensive menu ranges from fresh and delicate to bold and indulgent, with a cleverly balanced set menu for the undecided. Think crispy crab rolls, Tom Yum Goong, shrimp fried rice, stir-fried morning glory, but save room for the show stealer: crispy soft-shell crab with salt, garlic and chillies.
