Maithy’s delectable dishes are crafted to complement the time of day – morning, afternoon or evening. Breakfast is an exclusive affair for guests of the UniQue Boutique Residences & Resort, while allcomers are invited to savour the brunch and dinner of global favourites and creative fusion dishes. With a sparkling pool and an impressive cocktail menu, it’s the perfect spot to unwind in style.

We visited at golden hour, starting with the signature Maithy cocktail – a tropical mix of white and dark rum, orange curaçao, and orange juice. Keeping the sunset spirit alive, we sipped on Frozen Unique, a refreshing blend of vodka, strawberry, and coconut syrup, before rounding off with a timeless Cosmopolitan.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, our culinary journey began. The Maithy Salad dazzled with crisp greens, quinoa, avocado, nuts and a touch of feta and parmesan. The All-Season Maithy Plate impressed with parma ham-wrapped melon, mussels au gratin, and pieces of toast topped with smoked salmon, guacamole, tomato and feta. The Maithy Burger, oozing with creamy gruyere cheese, delivered indulgent comfort, while the Duck Confit on a bed of truffle-infused mashed potatoes offered rich, satisfying flavours. The Salmon Steak, paired with a creamy phanaeng curry sauce made our tastebuds dance.

Ending on a sweet note, we indulged in timeless treats like Dame Blanche, Brussels Waffle, and Profiteroles. But dessert devotees will want to save room for the house-made Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream – an unmissable treat.

Maithy caters to music lovers with live DJ performances every Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays elevate the experience with a DJ set accompanied by the sultry sounds of a live saxophone.
