Expanding rapidly across the city, the Bakehouse’s eighth branch recently opened its doors at The Peak, serving up exclusive creations like its Char Siu Turnover, Mala Scallion Danish and signature egg tarts along with panoramic views of Hong Kong.

Created by Swiss Chef Grégoire Michaud, the Bakehouse legend was born from a childhood passion and a craft honed in the kitchens of top international hotels and restaurants. In 2013, he launched a wholesale bakery in Hong Kong with a simple aim of serving up the finest handcrafted sourdough and fine pastries in the city. Five years later, he opened his first neighbourhood bakery, Bakehouse, in Wanchai. Its freshly baked sourdough loaves, buttery pastries and warm smiles have been delighting food lovers ever since.
