The menu follows suit with bold, fragrant and unmistakably southern Thai flavours. Think fish curry slow-simmered in coconut milk and served on a bed of steaming-hot rice. Fresh Andaman seafood is another speciality, cooked in rich coconut milk and spiked with the bright flavours of chilli and herbs. A spicy, sour prawn soup brings sharp, sour notes to the table while stir-fried shrimp with pungent sato (stink beans) delivers an extra punch of umami.
