The Singapore Zoo is giving animal lovers a chance to cuddle up to wildlife in the metropolis with its “Glamping in the Wild” programme. Nature lovers get the opportunity to spend a night at the zoo and also hang out with several of its residents for an entire day. The getaway begins with guests helping to feed a herd of Asian elephants, before being treated to a hearty dinner themselves. Guests then get to retire for the night in cosy and comfortable domed tents with animals all around for company. The experience includes breakfast and more encounters with the zoo’s wild ambassadors. Guests interested in getting wet can opt for the River Wonders’ popular “Glamping with the Manatees” experience which is available until August this year.
