We checked into the Deluxe Sea View, a spacious seafront nest in yellow and blue décor to match the view, along with a sizeable outdoor bathtub and an ultra-comfy bed.

Feeling hunger pangs, we strolled over to the Odyssey, an all-day dining restaurant situated by the pool bar serving delectable global classics with a focus on Thai and Mediterranean cuisine. Unmissable bites here include the Seared Sea Bass Fillet served with chunky caponata, Massaman Nuea (southern beef and potato curry), Bone Marrow Con Carne, and Tropical Plant Burger.

When night falls, the venue transforms into an intimate dining spot under the stars where French Chef Jerome Henry weaves his magic backed by melodious tunes from talented Grammy nominated musician, Qura.

For wellness devotees and activity enthusiasts, Explorar serves up a feast of activities and spa treatments to upgrade your beach vacation. Take a refreshing plunge into the Beach Ice Bath with in-house yoga instructor Sophie Flügel to boost circulation and speed up muscle recovery. Or switch from your regular spa treatment to Light Therapy, where the dancing lights become your therapist.

For those eager to attend the Full Moon Party, there’s no need to wait until night-time to go wild. The resort offers a head start with the Explorar Signature Pool Party, which takes place every afternoon before the full moon revelry.
