Each session is led by friendly, English-speaking Thai chefs and begins with a hotel transfer to a local market to explore the herbs, spices, and ingredients that define Thai cuisine. Then, you get to roll your sleeves up and learn to master four dishes in an intimate class of no more than eight students.
